  Things to note

  • Business Firm registered outside India use this application to get PAN Number
  • A unique PAN Number is assigned to track taxes owed on invoice payments.
  • PAN Card Express is a reputed international private firm that helps corporates get PAN Number from India.
  • An authorized signatory for the business firm must sign the application.
  • Applicant must complete Form 49AA (above) and choose appropriate supporting documents
  • After payment, applicant will receive email to begin 1st level review of documents
  • Customer care will review electronic copies of documents over e-mail

  • Processing Time
    • PAN Number is generally allotted in 7 to 10 working days*
    • Add another week for printing of PAN card & international delivery
  • ePAN is a digital version of the PAN Card. The digital copy will be sent to e-mail on application form as soon as PAN Number is alloted.
  • Physical Pan Card will be delivered to overseas address of the foreign company as per proof of address.
  • Income Tax Department of India will be the sole authority to decide the outcome of PAN Card Application.
  • The business firm may be a private company, public company, partnership firm, LLP, or trusts
  • No hidden charges - payment amount includes nominal PAN application fee payable to Government agencies, delivery of PAN Card to overseas address by International Speed Post, and our facilitation / support charges

  Send signed application documents by post/courier

Signed application documents are physically required at India office to begin processing the application.

  • Option 1: Applicants in USA/Canada may send documents to our New Jersey address (Additional postage fee is required).
  • Option 2: Applicants send documents directly to our Chennai address in India at their own postal expenses. We will provide you the address after completing document reviews over e-mail.

For applicants who opted for Option 1 and paid additional postage fee, our office in New Jersey uses FedEx to forward the documents to India as per dispatch schedule displayed on the website.
