Cancellation & Refund Policy

Sri Mookambika LLC believes in providing first class customer care to applicants, and has therefore a fair cancellation and refund policy.

Refund Mode & Duration

Refunds are provided back to customer via online mode (Credit Cards / PayPal / PayU). We complete refund process within 24 hours after receiving request from customer.

During Processing - Schedule of Partial Refund

Applicants are eligible for full or partial refund - depending on the stage of processing in which cancellation request is made.

For same day refund, write to us or call us directly. If you call bank, the refund will be delayed due to bank case procedures.

(Stage 1) Before review of applicant's supporting documents sent over by e-mail: 100% refund.

(Stage 2) 1st level of documents review completed: 50% refund (as applicant has already utilized services to prepare all required documents - no further negotiations)

Submission of Physical Documents to PAN Officials

No refund is allowed if the cancellation request is received after submission of PAN documents to Government officials.

Professional Consulting Services

We do not sell any merchandise/products. No refund will be provided to customers who fully utilized our professional consulting services. Our consultants have already spent expert knowledge, time, and resources to review and verify the supporting documents. Hence there will be no refund of the payment after consuming the consulting services.

Digital Download

The applicants receive a digital copy of PAN card over e-mail. Once digital PAN Card is delivered, there will no refund provided. Form 49AA, Form 49A, and Form CSF - These are downloadable digital contents in PDF Format as specified by the Government of India. Clients can download the digital content and also receive the same by e-mail for record purposes. No refund will be issued to clients who have completed the digital download in Government Format with custom data created using website automation.

Validity Period of Service

Applicants are eligible to utilize service from Pan Card Express within 6 months after the date of payment. Within the service validity period, applicants are encouraged to provide required documentation to begin processing of their PAN card application.
